Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and language therapy is carried out by speech language pathologist who works with different age groups from toddlers to geriatric population. They plan an intervention programs for wide variety of speech, language and communication difficulties.

Speech therapy in children can help improve articulation skills/clarity of speech, Fluency/stuttering, Listening skills, expressive language skills, voice related problems, social skills, communication skills and other developmental delays.
Speech therapy for adults having Aphasia, Dysarthria, speech impairment due to stroke or head injury would be helpful for their better living.

Occupational  Therapy

Occupational therapy is provided by an occupational therapist who helps regain and develop individuals physical health, mental dysfunction, disabilities, injuries, or impairments.
They are the ones who help people across their lifespan to participate in different things through therapeutic use of everyday activities.
Works on development of motor skills, sensory Processing, coordination and the activities of daily living (ADL).
Interventions include helping children with disability to participate in school and social situation, training in assistive device technology, supporting individuals across the age spectrum experiencing physical and cognitive changes.

Occupational Therapy

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy or Physiotherapist works closely with various age groups to help them manage pain, balance, mobility, motor function and other physical abilities with their techniques and massages to relieve pain and stiffness of the muscles.
In children it addresses on muscle tone, strength, balance, postural stability, coordination and movement.
They create a treatment plan that achieves the specific needs of the people for their further days of life.

Behavioural Therapy

Psychologist are specialised in assessing and treating individuals facing life challenges and mental health conditions. They work as a Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA therapist) / behavioural therapist. They teach children and their families how to strengthen positive child behaviour and eliminate or reduce unwanted behaviour. Here therapist work with parents to learn or improve skills to manage their childs behaviour. It helps to improve social skills, enhance independent living skills, provides tools for parents to best support their children, create a therapy plan on individualised basis, increases language and communication skills.

Behavioural Therapy

Early Intervention

Early Intervention is identifying and providing effective early support who are at risk for developmental delay, this can be started as early as possible by around 3 months. Sensory integration therapy provides activities or experience to help individuals respond better to environmental stimuli. The main goal and priority for the use of sensory integration therapies is to improve internal sensory processing, improve self regulation, develop adaptive functioning skills and to help the child successfully participate in daily life experiences and activities.
